Flavour innovation is critical for this sector with limited edition nut butters being the key for adding more consumers. Petrow stresses that more innovative nut butter NPD is ‘Coming soon’, but more significantly the facility will add in a new glass jar line with further major investment for a new natural peanut butter line at its Perivale site in North London.
